AcrossView against the tools you may be using now
Honest comparisons, written in October 2026 from each company's own pages. Where their plans or prices change, the detail pages say what we checked and when. If we have something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Questions people ask before switching
Can I use AcrossView for my business for free?
Yes. There is no personal-use rule and no detection that cuts a session short. Without an account a session lasts 15 minutes; a free account makes it 60. Paid accounts, with no time limit, are coming; talk to us if you need that now.
Do my customers have to install anything?
To show you their screen, no: they open acrossview.com/share in any browser. For you to use their mouse and keyboard, they run the Windows app once; it sets itself up and can stay for next time.
Can your staff see my sessions?
No. The screen, sound, chat and files are encrypted with keys made on the two devices. Our servers pass the data along and cannot read it. See Security.
Where does AcrossView keep its servers?
In Mumbai. We keep connection records (who connected to whom, when, for how long), never the content.
